Specialties
I offer trauma-informed, culturally grounded, and relational therapy rooted in Ecological Systems Theory and non-pathologizing psychological perspectives. While I most often reach for Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Contextually-Focused Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (C-DBT); my therapeutic approach is eclectic, collaborative, and non-hierarchical.
Whether you are looking to establish practical skills, working through trauma, or somewhere in-between: I strive to offer a compassionate presence grounded in humility, warmth, and humor. Together, we’ll encounter and create new portals to self discoveries, self healing and authentic embodiment.
